Matt is a subject-matter expert in one thing - Catonsville, MD. He knows the housing market and moves quickly to get me in to see a house, and to get offer documents completed quickly. He knows an assortment of craftsmen, so when I will want to make changes to the new house I can just ask him. So that's full circle - he knows the area, can get me connected, and help me after the sale. What more do you want? We decided to work with Matt because we were looking to move from our older home in Catonsville, and wanted to work with an expert in the older and historic homes in the area.  We went to Matt for the purchase of our new home, and the sale of our old one. Matt got us a good price on our wonderful new home, and helped make sure that the purchase went very smoothly. Our house needed some work to show at its best, and Matt guided us through the repair work, staging, and produced a lot of publicity for the listing. He referred us to great connections for handling flooring, paint and patching, countertops, and staging.  He got us great prices for the work to be done.  He went way beyond, managing the work to get everything done quickly to list in just a month. When our old house went on the market, he was able to get us over 20 showings the first weekend, and we got 8 good offers within a week.  We selected an offer for 13percent over asking price, and closed within a month.  Needless to say, we were thrilled! Thanks to Matt, moving was a pleasant experience, quick and financially rewarding. Matt helped us buy our dream home and then sell our 1879 home in Catonsville. Throughout the whole process, he was knowledgeable, responsive, and made the process seem easy. Matt is a perfectionist. He made sure our 1879 home was in the best condition it could be before it hit the market. Like all older homes, ours needed a few things done. Matt made a list of suggested repairs with estimated costs; he met and negotiated with contractors, and supervised all repairs. He came in under budget and on time, an even took care of a few things himself, like painting radiators and installing light fixtures. I had the pleasure to work with Matt on a hardwood floor refinishing for a house prepping for sale, a project where he was listing / representing for the clients Matt stayed in contact with of throughout the entire job he always was there in the morning to let us in to work, it was a great experience all way through.
