10 houses went under contract in Catonsville, Maryland last week. Today I’m walking on Macgruder Avenue in the Summit Park neighborhood. Prices ranged from 325,000 to 975,000. Eight of those sold in less than a week and none were on the market longer than 30 days. The two that sat the longest did need price drops. Inventory is still high with 78 properties on the market right now. Eight of those are coming soon, including my incredible listing at 10 Sanford Avenue right up there. Here’s the real picture.
