Good to see you. 11 houses went under contract in Catonsville, Maryland last week. And today I’m walking on Sanford Avenue in the downtown Catonsville neighborhood. Prices ranged from $270,000 to $765,000. Nine took less than a week and only one had been on the market for over a month. If you think spring is the only time to buy a house in Catonsville, you’re missing out on some deals. Inventory right now is high at 74 listings. Last week we were at 80.
